DaviesBaird is a premier supplier of pump and valve castings, offering extensive experience at casting complex shapes in a variety of ferrous alloys. Our close association with the pump and valve industry has meant a unique expertise has developed within our plant for the economical production of high quality castings such as impellers, pipe sections, casings and bodies for these purposes. We can recommend alloys to suit the specific service conditions the components will be subject to. Key requirements for pump and valve castings are conformance to metallurgical specifications, metal soundness, dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Our skills, systems and procedures and testing facilities allow us to achieve and verify these criteria. Our manufacturing facilities have the flexibility to make one off castings up to 5000kg or small production runs of castings up to 150kg.
